"Will your kind kill us all, Kevin? Does any one care any more? Does any one still believe..." The question came to me as a plea, as a lament, as a cry whispered on the wind...

For some reason I feel a little melancholy today, and when I looked at this pic I took of the Ladies, it seemed that their faces asked this very thing.

My own species makes me very sad...what do I say when this question is asked of me by the Universe?

I didn't use to think that my work had anything profound to say, I used to think that maybe it was just fantasy and something to amuse, and that maybe the criticisms I would get from "fine artists" was justified. And yet my work keeps saying things without my forcing it to...I guess that will be the "theme" of my show in November.
